My vision

Having been born in Ibiza, and lived here all my life, I can guarantee the island is a paradise for freedom and beauty, as seeked by friends like Joachim Kühn and many artists alike. 

However, because of my travels abroad, specially to Morocco, I realized what Ibiza may have been before and what could be. I think we could have done things a little better since the touristic boom; I believe we shouldn’t have sold many of the limited land we have to people who are not interested at all in the wellbeing of the island and islanders, and definitely not relying on a particular touristic product which has been trendy lately: the empty luxury setting for influencers and celebrities, where italian food is served instead of our own cuisine, random music is pushed to the listener, and no attention is paid to the actual land, its people and its culture. 

I’ve seen the contrary while on vacation or playing in Morocco, where the attention goes to the local culture and its people. 

However, I’m very faithful, in the last years, young people are more attracted to learn their own culture, and leaning into forward-thinking ways of life.

Partially, that’s why we are making music, to make the world a better place by representing our ideal view of it. That’s why my music is conscious of the roots I grew up on, while having a modern aspect that puts its sight on what’s to come and what’s here, while maintaining all the emotions, and trying to convey a message: live and embrace life as a whole.
